Does NervixPay hold my money?

No. Customers pay your wallet directly and NervixPay only verifies the transfer on-chain.

How do refunds work?

NervixPay cannot send refunds because it never holds funds. Send the refund from your receiving wallet to the customer's address, on the same network and coin.

What does it cost?

A plan price plus, on the free trial and Starter, a flat 0.50 USD per successful payment from prepaid credits. See fees and plans.

Do I need a website?

No. Share a payment link or a product QR code.

Can customers pay from Binance, Coinbase or another exchange?

Usually yes, on Polygon, Ethereum and BNB Chain, when the full amount arrives on the right network. Read wallets vs exchanges.

Is there a WordPress or Shopify plugin?

No plugin is needed: paste the embed into an HTML block. See website builders.

Why was I asked to verify my business?

After a number of payments NervixPay asks for business verification. You can keep accepting payments while prompted; if the hold threshold is reached, only new checkouts pause until you submit it.

Can I test without real money?

Test-mode API keys create drafts no one can pay. For an end-to-end test, pay a small amount (for example 1 USDC on Polygon) from a second wallet of your own.
