Terms of Service
The terms under which Stack Finance sp. z o.o. provides non-custodial crypto checkout to merchants and verifies payments for their customers.
Effective 13 October 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Stack Finance sp. z o.o. (KRS 0001077664, REGON 527271484, NIP 7011181285, Hoża 86, apt. 210, 00-682 Warsaw, Poland) ("we", "us"), the operator of nervixpay.live and the NervixPay desktop and agent tools (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, paying through a NervixPay checkout, or using the API, you accept them.
What the Service is
NervixPay lets a merchant publish checkouts that customers pay on a public blockchain, straight to a wallet the merchant controls. NervixPay watches the blockchain, confirms that the exact transfer arrived, and records the result. It never holds, receives, converts, transmits or refunds funds on anyone's behalf.
- Funds move only between the customer's wallet and the merchant's wallet. NervixPay has no access to either.
- A payment shows as paid only after the transfer is confirmed on the network the customer chose. See how long a payment takes.
- Blockchain transfers are final. NervixPay cannot reverse, cancel or recover a transfer.
Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement, and you must use the Service for a business or professional activity.
- Keep your sign-in details, API keys and agent credentials secret. Everything done with them is treated as done by you, including by AI agents you authorise.
- Give accurate business details and keep them current. We may ask you to verify your identity or your business after a number of payments, and may pause new checkouts until you do. See why we ask.
- One person may act for a company only with that company's authority.
Your responsibilities as a merchant
- Only sell goods and services that are lawful where you and your customers are, and comply with the tax, consumer and licensing rules that apply to your business.
- Check every receiving wallet address and network before you activate it. A transfer sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network cannot be recovered by anyone.
- Refunds, disputes and deliveries are between you and your customer. If you refund, you send it from your own wallet, on the same network and coin.
- Keep your own records. NervixPay shows your payment history but is not an accounting or tax service.
Paying through a NervixPay checkout
If you are a customer paying a merchant: the merchant, not NervixPay, is selling you the goods or services. Send the exact amount shown, on the network shown, from a wallet or exchange that supports that network. Transfers are final once confirmed. Questions about an order, a delivery or a refund go to the merchant, whose name appears on the checkout and the receipt.
Fees and plans
Plan prices and the per-payment platform fee are published on fees and plans and apply from the moment you choose a plan or accept a payment. Platform fees on the free trial and Starter plan are charged from prepaid fee credits. Fee credits and plan payments are paid in crypto, settle on-chain, and are not refundable except where the law requires. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice inside your account.
Acceptable use
- No sales that are illegal, that breach sanctions, or that involve fraud, stolen funds, or deceiving customers.
- No attempts to break, probe, overload or scrape the Service, to bypass rate limits, or to use another merchant's credentials.
- No use of PayScan data beyond ordinary browsing and the public API we document.
- No impersonating NervixPay or presenting a checkout as something it is not.
PayScan and public information
Confirmed payments are published on PayScan with the amount, the network, the item name the merchant chose and a shortened receiving address. Blockchains are public, so a transaction hash always leads to full addresses on a chain explorer. Listing your business name, description and website in the directory is optional and controlled from My profile.
Availability and changes
The Service is provided as it is and as it is available. Blockchain networks, wallets, exchanges and data providers are outside our control and may be slow, congested or unavailable. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we will try to give notice of changes that affect how you get paid. Beta features are marked as such and may change without notice.
Suspension and termination
You can ask us to close your account at any time from Support chat or by writing to seme@kryptostack.com; we close it within 30 days and keep only the records the law requires. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we are required to suspend by law, or that presents a risk to customers or to the Service. Suspending an account stops new checkouts; it does not touch funds, which were never with us.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows: we give no warranty that the Service is error-free or uninterrupted; we are not liable for funds sent to a wrong address or network, for losses caused by a compromised wallet, exchange, device or credential, for actions of a merchant or customer, for blockchain reorganisations or outages, or for data supplied by third-party providers; and our total liability to you for any claim in a twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and its courts have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. We may update these terms; the effective date at the top changes when we do, and continued use after that date means you accept the new version.
